The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-level Residential Drywall Estimator with demonstrated experience producing accurate, reliable estimates for residential projects. This role is ideal for a professional who understands both the technical and financial impacts of estimating and takes pride in precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, detailed residential drywall estimates from plans and specifications
• Perform digital takeoffs using industry-standard estimating software
• Analyze scope, labor, materials, and production efficiencies
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and leadership to support successful bids
• Maintain organized estimate documentation and revision tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional residential drywall estimating experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with digital takeoff software
• Strong working knowledge of drywall systems, materials, labor costs, and installation methods
• Proven ability to deliver consistent accuracy under deadlines
• Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working within a team structure
